Dr. Brock Casperson was raised in rural Idaho spending many days outside exploring and enjoying the beauty of nature. Dr. Casperson knew he wanted to be a dentist since first grade where, when asked what he wanted to be when he grew up, he wrote “dndst”. During junior high and high school he was a member of the state championship scholastic bowl team and was awarded multiple times in art contests where he excelled in pencil sketching and pencil portraits. Dr. Casperson has also been awarded for his skills as a pianist.
After high school, Dr. Casperson served a two year LDS mission to Salta, Argentina. Upon return from his service, he attended Snow College in Ephraim, Utah, where he met his spouse Tara. While at Snow College, he served as a member of the student Senate, overseeing the math and science department. Dr. Casperson completed his Bachelor of Science in Physics at Idaho State University before moving to sunny South Florida to attend dental school at Nova Southeastern University.
Dr. Casperson commissioned as an officer into the United States Air Force following graduation of dental school and attended a one year residency in general dentistry where he gained advance training in sedation dentistry, endodontics, wisdom tooth extractions, periodontal surgeries, orthodontics and implant restorations. Dr. Casperson provides all aspects of dentistry and enjoys bringing his artistic talents to the dental sciences. His favorite part of being a dentist is being able to interact with the patients whom he treats with compassion and integrity.
While not practicing dentistry, you will find Dr. Casperson playing with his three kids, taking his family on camping adventures or playing his piano.
